Δ [Delta] is an interactive sound installation by Miha Godec that transforms plant life processes into emotionally immersive auditory experiences. Through sensor data gathered from plants and fed into the OctoSens multi‑sensor synthesizer, the installation generates a dynamic sound composition that evolves in real time. Exhibited in 2023 at the KonSekvence group exhibition Fragmenti možnega ekosistema in Ljubljana, Δ [Delta] departs from visual data paradigms to emphasize emotional resonance, inviting the public to listen to the vital rhythms of living organisms. This bio‑sonification practice reanimates data into ecological awareness, fostering deeper empathy for the web of life.
